Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Regional Manager of Field Operations to lead store processes, drive operational excellence, and roll out new programs nationwide from the Texas region. You will coach senior store leaders, influence cross-functional teams, and ensure readiness for new stores and relocations.

The role focuses on achieving KPIs from back-of-house productivity to sales floor efficiency, with a strong emphasis on change management and process leadership at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in operations, business, engineering, finance or related field.
• Proven ability to influence and coach across multiple levels.
• Experience with operational metrics and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach Regional VPs and District Managers on store processes and best practices.
• Provide input to home office teams on systematic challenges to inform chain-wide changes.
• Roll out programs and new processes to Field and Stores and monitor post-launch results.
• Lead in-store execution of tests, diagnose issues, and surface improvements to SOPs and tools.
• Collaborate with Real Estate, New Store Ops and other functions to ensure readiness for openings and relocations.
• Represent Ops standards and act as the process expert and first line of support for stores.
