Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Regional Manager of Field Operations to lead store-wide process improvements across multiple regions. You will coach field leaders, rollout new programs, and ensure consistency from receiving to customer experience.

With a background in retail and 10 years in the industry, you will drive operational excellence, manage multiple initiatives concurrently, and partner with VP-level leadership to achieve KPIs and savings while maintaining Burlington’s standards of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in operations, business, engineering, finance or related field.
• 10 years of retail experience.
• 5 years in store operations/field with multi-site leadership.
• Experience implementing new programs across regions.
• Proven ability to lead change management initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach regional leaders on store processes.
• Identify under-performing stores and address gaps with VPs.
• Roll out new processes and validate store readiness.
• Lead in-store execution of tests and improvements.
• Coordinate with Real Estate and New Store Ops for openings.
• Drive operational excellence and KPIs from back-end to sales floor.
