Responsibilities

• Conduct store visits focused on people, service, and loss prevention.
• Manage merchandising programs and ensure stores meet brand standards.
• Analyze market opportunities and propose improvements based on local conditions.
• Maintain inventory levels to support sales growth and demand.
• Prepare and submit store visit reports within the visitation cycle.
• Lead and support store managers in recruiting, onboarding, and training.
• Ensure timely completion of inventories and loss prevention tasks.
• Engage with community events to promote company initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
