Job summary

The Company seeks a Retail Execution District Manager to lead frontline execution across a defined territory, directing a team of retail associates in merchandising, program delivery, and store engagement. You will coach, mentor, and manage hourly staff to meet client standards and drive execution excellence.

You will oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management while maintaining productive relationships with store leadership to ensure objectives are achieved.

Qualifications

• High school education is required.
• 2-4 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Travel requirement: 30% travel expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversees in-store program execution, merchandising, and audit activities to meet client standards
• Ensures product placement, shelf standards, and merchandising compliance
• Directly manages, coaches, and develops retail associates through field engagement and structured feedback
• Supports hiring, scheduling, training, and performance management of frontline teams
• Monitors execution through reporting and store visits; addresses performance gaps through coaching and training
• Ensures timely completion of retail projects and coverage expectations
• Builds relationships with store leadership and client partners to support execution objectives
• Manages schedules, reporting, and expenses aligned to territory expectations
