Qualifications

• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Profit & Loss (P&L) statements for all stores in your district.
• Drive sales and profitability by implementing district-level initiatives.
• Coach and develop General Managers and store leadership teams.
• Regularly review monthly P&L reports with General Managers.
