Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting's client, a growing high-end regional cuisine restaurant group, is seeking a dynamic General Manager who can hire, train, and develop staff while controlling costs and inventory.

You will lead operations, manage P&L, drive sales, and ensure menu execution across all shifts. A track record of 4+ GM years with $7M+ in annual sales and strong vendor relationships is required. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of General Manager experience with sales of $7M or more
• Tenure of 2+ years
• Ability to build relationships with vendors
• Understand a P&L and daily administration
• Have a guest-first attitude and drive the team to have the same attitude
