Job summary

HCRS is seeking a Director of Residential Services for Developmental Services in Springfield, VT. The role leads the Residential Developmental Services Division, overseeing program operations, regulatory compliance, clinical quality, Medicaid-funded service delivery, residential licensing, budgeting and staff leadership.

Ideal candidate has a master’s degree plus 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to build collaborative relationships with community

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent and three to five years related experience or training.
• Strong knowledge of developmental services regulations and Medicaid requirements.
• Experience managing budgets and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program operations for the Residential Developmental Services Division.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and clinical quality across services.
• Manage Medicaid-funded service delivery and residential licensing.
• Provide budgeting oversight and staff leadership; supervise Developmental Services leadership staff.
