Devereux Connecticut seeks an Assistant Residence Manager to oversee daily operations of a residential program for adults with developmental disabilities. You will lead shifts, assist with ISP/IPP planning, and manage medications under CT DDS requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher preferred; HS diploma/GED required.
• 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Valid CT Driver's License.

Responsabilités

• Implement daily operation of the assigned residence and act as shift leader when RM is absent.
• Assist in planning and carrying out ISP/IPP plans.
• Maintain CT DDS medication certification and dispense medication as assigned.
• Complete required documentation: daily logs, MyAvatar, staff logs, data collection, bed checks.
• Manage resident clothing and property inventories.
• Maintain wage ledgers, banking with RM, and supervise house meals.
