Job summary

HCRS (Health Care & Rehabilitation Services of Southeastern Vermont) seeks a Director of Residential Services for Developmental Services. The director leads the Residential Developmental Services Division, overseeing operations, regulatory compliance, Medicaid delivery, licensing, budgeting and staff leadership.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent with 3–5 years related experience.
• Clinical, program planning, and management responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of developmental services regulations and Medicaid requirements.
• Experience managing budgets and operational performance.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with community partners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program operations, regulatory compliance, and clinical quality.
• Manage Medicaid-funded service delivery and residential licensing.
• Lead budgeting and financial performance for the division.
• Supervise Developmental Services leadership staff and foster partnerships.
