Job summary

Emerson is seeking a sales professional to join the Power & Water Solutions Renewables team, focusing on utility-scale solar PV, BESS, or wind projects. You will own a portfolio in your home region with national reach, driving growth and managing accounts within the PWS renewables business.

The role requires technical presentations, market mapping, and collaboration with customers to tailor Emerson PWS solutions, ensuring bookings and margins meet objectives. Up to 75% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in sales or business development.
• Minimum of 3 years in renewable energy, power generation, or industrial automation.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by mapping the market and engaging potential customers.
• Collaborate with existing customers to uncover new projects where Emerson PWS solutions deliver value.
• Develop competitive strategies with pricing recommendations and lead negotiations.
