Job summary

Emerson is seeking a sales professional to grow its Power & Water Solutions Renewables portfolio in the United States, with emphasis on utility-scale Solar PV, BESS, and wind projects. You will own a regional book of accounts and drive growth across North America, coordinating with customers, EPCs, and developers.

In this role you will map opportunities, present technical and commercial solutions, and maintain accurate forecasts. Travel up to 75% is required; sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales or business development experience.
• 3+ years in renewable energy, power generation, or industrial automation.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by mapping the market and engaging potential customers.
• Collaborate with existing customers to uncover new projects where Emerson PWS solutions deliver value.
• Develop competitive strategies with pricing recommendations and negotiations.
• Deliver technical presentations and demos of products, enhancements, and services.
• Represent Emerson at meetings, trade shows, and conferences.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records.
• Achieve annual bookings and margin objectives within your territory.
