Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management in Farmington, NM is seeking a friendly and experienced Regional Dietitian to oversee resident nutrition services across facilities. As a full-time Dietitian, you will interview residents, assess dietary needs, and collaborate with the supervising Dietitian to tailor meal plans.

You should hold a Bachelor's degree in Registered Dietitian or Licensed Dietitian (Master's preferred) and possess a Food Handler’s Permit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Registered Dietitian or Licensed Dietitian; Master’s degree preferred.
• Food Handler’s Permit.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with little supervision.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks well.
• Basic understanding of normal and therapeutic diets and food safety.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience working with a licensed dietitian, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview residents and obtain food preferences and complete Resident Food Profile
• Update resident’s food preference into tray card data base.
• Refer residents to Dietician for any resident’s having nutritional or eating issues.
