Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management is seeking a Regional Dietician to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. This full-time role focuses on assessing resident dietary needs and coordinating nutrition plans with on-site staff.

You will interview residents, document food preferences, and ensure accurate meal profiling. The ideal candidate holds a Dietetics degree, possesses a Food Handler’s Permit, and can work independently in a supportive care environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or related field required.
• Food Handler’s Permit required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Basic understanding of normal and therapeutic diets and food safety.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience working with a licensed dietician, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview residents and obtain food preferences and complete Resident Food Profile.
• Update resident’s food preference into tray card data base.
