Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management in Albuquerque, NM seeks a dietary support attendant to assist with resident meal planning and food service tasks. This full-time role requires following instructions, organizing work, and coordinating with a licensed dietician.

You will interview residents to gather food preferences, update tray card data, and refer any nutrition concerns to the dietitian. A high school diploma and a Food Handler’s Permit are required or preferred; DTR is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic understanding of normal and therapeutic diets and food safety as relevant to role.
• Experience working with a licensed dietician is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview residents to gather food preferences and complete Resident Food Profile.
• Update resident food preferences into tray card database.
• Refer residents to Dietician for nutrition or eating-related concerns.
