Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management is seeking a friendly Regional Dietitian in Albuquerque, NM to support residents with customized nutrition plans and accurate food preferences. The role requires collaboration with licensed dietitians, strong organizational skills, and ability to work independently in a care setting.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or Nutrition (Master's preferred), a valid Food Handler’s Permit, and solid computer skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics or Nutrition (Registered Dietitian or Licensed Dietitian).
• Food Handler’s Permit.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Basic understanding of diets and food safety.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Interview residents and obtain food preferences and complete Resident Food Profile.
• Update resident’s food preference into tray card data base.
• Refer residents to Dietitian for any resident’s having nutritional or eating issues.

Your Job Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in: Registered Dietician or Licensed Dietetian. Master's degree is preferred.
• Food Handler’s Permit
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with little or no supervision.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks well.
• Basic Understanding of normal and therapeutic diets and food safety.
• Basic Computer skills
• Experience working with a licensed dietician, preferred.
