Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management is seeking a friendly Regional Dietitian to assess and coordinate meal plans for residents. The role requires interviewing residents, documenting preferences, and ensuring accurate tray card data while coordinating with licensed dietitians for complex cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Registered Dietitian or Licensed Dietitian.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Food Handler’s Permit is required.

Responsibilities

• Interview residents and obtain food preferences and complete Resident Food Profile.
• Update resident’s food preference into tray card data base.
• Refer residents to Dietician for any resident’s having nutritional or eating issues.

Your Job Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in: Registered Dietician or Licensed Dietetian. Master's degree is preferred.
• Food Handler’s Permit
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with little or no supervision.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks well.
• Basic Understanding of normal and therapeutic diets and food safety.
• Basic Computer skills
• Experience working with a licensed dietician, preferred.
