Job summary

Outfield Healthcare Partners in Fort Worth, TX seeks a detail-oriented dietary support assistant to join our care team. You will interview residents, determine food preferences, and maintain accurate tray card data to ensure proper meal delivery.

Responsibilities include updating preferences in the data base and coordinating with a licensed Dietician for residents with nutritional concerns. A high school diploma and food handler permit are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Food Handler’s Permit required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with little supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and task prioritization.
• Basic understanding of normal and therapeutic diets and food safety.
• Experience working with a licensed dietician (preferred).
• Diet Technician Registered (DTR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview residents and obtain food preferences and complete Resident Food Profile
• Update resident’s food preference into tray card data base.
• Refer residents to Dietician for any resident’s having nutritional or eating issues.
