Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to oversee QA/QC for PV EPC projects across the Southwest region. This remote role requires regular travel to project sites, audits, and client meetings.

You will train field teams, manage quality plans, and ensure compliance with SOLV SOPs and industry standards. Travel is regular within the assigned region, with emphasis on training, audits, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of quality management experience in solar/renewable energy.
• Desirable certifications: ASQ Auditor, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, PMP.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; OSHA 10/30 and Journeyman are desirable.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC methodologies and electrical safety.
• Experience with construction drawings and installation procedures.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality plans aligned with QMS, SOPs and contracts.
• Maintain and improve quality systems to ensure compliance and client expectations.
• Conduct inspections and audits to ensure quality and code compliance.
• Oversee testing, inspection, and evaluation of materials and processes.
• Provide training on QA/QC practices and company procedures.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, suppliers and clients on quality issues.
• Document inspections and corrective actions; report findings to management.
• Use Sunscreen software to train teams and document quality matters.
• Perform root cause analysis (5-Why/8D) and implement CAPAs.
• Drive continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.
