Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to oversee QA/QC for PV EPC projects in the Southwest region. The role is remote with regular travel to project sites to train field teams, conduct audits, and perform inspections."

You will implement quality plans, ensure compliance with standards, and lead continuous improvement across projects nationwide. Prior experience in solar/renewables and ISO/Six Sigma certifications are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of quality management experience in solar or renewables.
• BS in engineering or related field; OSHA 10/30 and journeyman are desirable.
• Certifications such as ASQ, ISO 9001, Six Sigma or PMP are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality plans aligned with QMS and contract requirements.
• Maintain and improve quality systems to meet industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct inspections, audits and CAPAs; monitor material and process quality.
• Train project teams on QA/QC practices and SOLV SOPs, SWIs, MOPs.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, suppliers and clients on quality issues.
• Document findings and report to management and clients; perform root-cause analyses.
• Perform formal audits of documentation, procedures and vendor performance.
