SOLV Energy is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to oversee QA/QC for PV EPC projects across the Southwest region. This is a remote role with regular travel to project sites, clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to ensure adherence to SOLV Energy standards and industry regulations.

Responsibilities include developing quality plans, conducting audits, managing testing and documentation, training field teams, and driving CAPAs using 5-Why or 8D methods.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management in solar or renewable energy.
• Quality management certifications such as ASQ Certified Auditor, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or PMP are desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent with relevant safety certifications is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement quality plans aligned with SOLV Energy’s QMS, SOPs, and contract requirements.
• Establish and improve quality systems to comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project quality through inspections and audits for adherence to standards and AHJ requirements.
• Oversee testing, inspection, and evaluation of materials, components, and processes.
• Train and support project teams on QA/QC practices and SOLV SOPs, SWIs, and MOPs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address quality issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document findings and report regularly to management and clients.
• Use Sunscreen software to train teams and manage documentation of quality matters.
• Conduct formal audits on documentation, reporting methods, procedures, and vendor performance.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis using 5-Why or 8D methods and implement CAPAs.
