Zusammenfassung

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to oversee QA/QC for PV EPC projects in the assigned region. The role is remote with regular travel to project sites across the Southwest, training field teams, conducting audits, and coordinating with clients and regulators.

You will develop quality plans, manage inspections, and drive continuous improvement in quality processes. The position requires a minimum of 5 years in quality management within the solar or renewable energy sector,

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years of quality management experience in solar/renewable energy.
• Experience overseeing QA/QC for PV EPC projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and AHJ requirements.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement quality plans aligned with SOLV Energy’s QMS and contract requirements.
• Establish and improve quality systems; conduct audits and inspections across projects.
• Train project teams on QA/QC practices and company SOPs.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (5-Why or 8D) for quality issues.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to resolve quality-related issues.
