Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to oversee QA/QC for PV EPC projects in the Southwest region. This remote role requires regular travel to project sites, clients, and regulatory meetings across the region.

You will lead audits, develop quality plans, and train field teams on SOLV’s standards and procedures. Applicants should have 5+ years in solar QA, with ASQ/ISO26001/Six Sigma or PMP desirable, and a engineering degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of quality management experience in solar/renewable energy.
• Certifications such as ASQ, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or PMP are desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC methodologies and electrical construction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality plans aligned with SOLV Energy’s QMS and contract requirements.
• Lead audits and inspections across PV EPC projects in the region.
• Provide training on QA practices and SOLV SOPs to field teams.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients on quality issues.
