Qualifications

• Education requirements include a Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, nursing, or related field.
• Experience of 2+ years in home health or healthcare operations is highly preferred.
• Multi-site or regional support experience is a plus.
• Outstanding customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Own regional quality function and standardize best practices across branches.
• Monitor patient outcomes, readmission rates, infection rates, patient satisfaction.
• Lead performance improvement projects from problem identification to measurement.
• Build and maintain quality infrastructure (dashboards, audits, reporting).
• Coach and develop clinical teams with real-time feedback.
• Onboard and orient new clinical staff.
• Manage education and training calendar.
• Contribute to hiring and performance decisions for clinical roles.
• Prepare region for surveys and accreditation reviews.
• Report regional performance to senior leadership.
• Partner with regional leadership to align staffing and growth.
