Qualifications

• California Clinical License (RN, PT, ST, OT) required.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, nursing or related field preferred.
• 2+ years in home health or healthcare operations highly preferred.
• Multi-site or regional support experience is a plus.
• Outstanding customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the regional quality function across sites; monitor care delivery and translate findings into practice changes.
• Track key metrics: patient outcomes, readmission rates, infection rates, patient satisfaction, and documentation accuracy; drive action.
• Lead performance improvement projects from problem ID to measurement and sustainment.
• Standardize best practices across branches with clear, repeatable processes for field teams.
• Coach and develop clinical staff with real-time feedback and targeted education.
• Investigate incidents and adverse events with a systems lens and implement safeguards to prevent recurrence.
• Partner with regional and operational leadership to align quality goals with staffing, scheduling and growth plans.
• Prepare the region for surveys and accreditation through ongoing readiness and continuous audit-readiness.
• Build and maintain the region's quality infrastructure: dashboards, tools and reporting cadences.
