Job summary

CWS Apartment Homes is seeking a Regional Transitional Manager to oversee operations and maximize financial value for apartment communities on a temporary basis across multiple markets, including Austin, Dallas, and Denver. The role requires leading on-site teams, directing leasing activity, budgeting, and performance optimization while ensuring compliance with policies.

The position involves extensive travel (up to 100%), managing staff, and coordinating with Revenue and Operations to sustain

Qualifications

• Extensive leasing experience with stabilized and lease-up assets.
• Yardi software experience (required).
• Microsoft Office and Outlook software experience (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel extensively with minimum notice.
• Strong supervisory/managerial skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate leasing activity and leasing improvements as needed for the community.
• Oversee the on-site staff and leasing consultants and ensure proper lease procedures.
• Recommend rent changes, renewal increases, and concessions to the Revenue Manager.
• Develop and execute the property’s marketing plans and strategies.
• Prepare annual property operations budget and monitor expenses.
• Maintain renewal programs and resident relations; monitor service requests.
• Supervise on-site staff and coach team members as needed.
• Monitor make-ready status to minimize downtime and ensure unit quality.
• Ensure timely accounts receivable and payable processes and payroll reports.
• Implement Risk Management Programs and Emergency Procedures.
