Zusammenfassung

CWS Apartment Homes is seeking a Regional Transitional Manager to oversee multiple apartment communities on a temporary basis, driving leasing activity, operations, and budget management. You will coordinate with the VP of Operations to maximize asset value and ensure compliance and safety across regions.

The role requires extensive leasing and management experience, including travel, and offers a strong benefits package and opportunities for long-term placements in select cases.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive leasing experience with stabilized and lease-up assets.
• Yardi software experience (required).
• Microsoft Office and Outlook experience (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel extensively with minimum notice.
• Strong supervisory/managerial skills.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record and current automobile insurance (required).
• High school diploma, some college preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of property management with 2-4 years of manager level and leasing experience.
