Job summary

Valiant Residential, LLC-based Regional Community Supervisor will oversee operations, financial performance, and resident experience across high-end multifamily communities in Dallas, TX and Colorado. Regular travel is required to manage budgets, occupancy, and compliance.

The role demands 5+ years in property management, 2+ years with affordable housing programs, and 3+ years of team leadership, with a focus on strategic growth and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of property management or related experience.
• Minimum 2 years working with affordable housing programs (HFC, PFC, LIHTC, CHDO).
• 3+ years of on-site multifamily property management with ownership-level responsibilities across 5+ properties.
• 3+ years of team management or supervisory experience; CPM/ CAPS/ CAM or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, develop, and supervise on-site staff.
• Oversee daily property operations, budgets, revenue, and expenditures to meet financial goals.
• Conduct regular property inspections for maintenance, safety, and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, landlord-tenant laws, and company policies.
• Oversee risk management, including preventative maintenance and insurance compliance.
• Uphold company values and perform additional assigned responsibilities.
