Job summary

Summit Property Management is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of multifamily communities in Houston. The ideal candidate brings proven expertise in investor accountability, asset management, and turnaround strategies to drive performance and resident satisfaction.

You will lead property managers regionally, monitor budgets and rent collections, and collaborate with ownership groups to execute capital improvements and occupancy initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of regional manager experience in multi-family housing.
• Proven asset recovery, turnaround, and operational improvement.
• Strong collections management and delinquency reduction.
• Proficient in property management software (Yardi/RealPage).
• Ability to travel regularly within portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership and support to Property Managers across a regional portfolio.
• Drive operational performance to meet ownership and investor expectations.
• Develop and execute turnaround strategies for underperforming assets.
• Monitor property financials including rent collections, expenses, and variance reporting.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to ownership groups and executive leadership.
• Maintain strong customer service standards to maximize resident retention.
