Valiant Residential, based in Dallas, TX, seeks a Regional Community Supervisor to oversee operations, financial performance, and resident experience across multiple high-end multifamily communities. This leadership role reports to the Regional VP and drives occupancy, revenue, and budget targets while supervising on-site staff and maintaining regulatory compliance.

The position covers properties in Dallas and Colorado with regular travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in real estate, property management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in property management or related roles with ownership-level responsibilities.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, train, develop, and supervise on-site staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and performance expectations.
• Oversee daily property operations, ensuring financial goals are met by managing budgets, revenue, and expenditures.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, including Fair Housing, landlord-tenant laws, and company policies.
• Oversee risk management, including preventive maintenance, insurance compliance, and capital improvement recommendations.
• Uphold company values and culture and take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
