Anterra Management Corporation is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of multifamily communities in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will lead on-site teams, drive financial performance, and elevate resident experience while reporting to the VP of Operations.

This is a full-time, on-site role with regular travel between properties, requiring strong leadership and hands-on management of budgets, NOI, leasing, and compliance across communities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multifamily property management with leadership responsibility.
• Experience managing multiple apartment communities.
• Proven track record in budgets and financial performance.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and Texas landlord-tenant requirements.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and hold accountable Property Managers and on-site teams across multiple communities.
• Own property-level financial performance including budgets, NOI, revenue, collections, and expense management.
• Review monthly financial statements, variance analysis, and key performance indicators.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure communities are maintained to company standards.
• Monitor occupancy, leasing activity, renewals, resident retention, and pricing strategy.
• Oversee capital projects, major repairs, and preventative maintenance initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing requirements and all applicable regulations.
• Partner with accounting, HR, marketing, maintenance, and other corporate departments.
• Provide regular updates to ownership and senior leadership on performance, challenges, and action plans.
• Assist with recruiting, training, and developing on-site talent.
