Job summary

Pivotal Housing Partners seeks a Regional Manager for its Texas portfolio (DFW area). You will manage day-to-day operations of 6-10 properties, drive financial performance, and lead a team of property managers across communities.

Responsibilities include budgeting, vendor relations, compliance with LIHTC/HUD programs, and coordinating with development, construction, asset management and compliance teams. Some travel to sites is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-site management experience, Tax Credit required.
• HS diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Some travel may be required; working hours may extend outside standard business hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple apartment communities within the portfolio.
• Lead staff of property managers (typical portfolio staff 5-8 reports).
• Ensure financial performance through budgets, monthly financials, and cost containment.
