Job summary

CWS Apartment Homes seeks a Regional Transitional Manager to oversee multiple apartment communities on a temporary basis, maximizing value through operations, leasing, and strategic marketing. The role involves managing budgets, staff leadership, and ensuring compliance with policies, with extensive travel across regions.

The RTM will report to Operations leadership and may be assigned to underperforming assets needing enhanced leasing activity and expense control. 100% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Extensive leasing experience with stabilized and lease-up assets.
• Yardi software experience is required.
• Microsoft Office and Outlook familiarity is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to travel extensively with minimal notice.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate leasing activity and improvements for the community.
• Supervise and lead on-site staff and leasing personnel.
• Develop and manage the property operations budget.
• Maintain positive resident relations and retention programs.
• Oversee receivables and payables to optimize cash flow.
• Monitor payroll reporting and incentive calculations.
• Execute risk management programs and emergency procedures.
