Job summary

Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a regional manager to oversee the operations of several properties, ensuring resident satisfaction, strong lease administration, and solid property performance under the guidance of the property leadership team.

The role requires 5–10 years in property management, experience with P&L, and the ability to lead a team, coordinate vendor contracts, and deliver monthly reports while traveling to properties as needed.

Qualifications

• Five to ten years of property management experience.
• Three to five years of direct management experience.
• Real estate license as required by state or local law.
• Understanding HUD and/or loan assistance process preferred.
• Knowledge of P&L, GLs, budgeting is required.
• Three to five years of ownership level responsibilities of resident rental lifecycle activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of several properties including resident satisfaction, lease administration, rental collection and delinquency management.
• Ensure high level of client customer satisfaction.
• Lead associate lifecycle including recruiting, mentoring, and performance management.
• Create strategic marketing plans with Avenue5 marketing team.
• Manage the properties annual budget, P&L statements, general ledger and reports for owners and leadership.
• Understand operations guidelines within the Property Management Agreement.
• Inspect properties regularly for curb appeal and operations.
• Respond to escalated resident complaints and liaise with residents and corporate office.
• Oversee safety records, loss claims and risk management initiatives.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
