Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the operations of several multifamily properties, ensuring efficient operations, lease administration, and strong resident and owner satisfaction across sites in conjunction with the property leadership team.

The role requires extensive property management experience, proficiency with Yardi or similar systems, and solid knowledge of P&L budgeting. A supervisory track record and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Five to ten years of property management experience is required.
• Three to five years of direct management experience is required.
• Prior experience in Yardi or another equivalent property management system is required.
• Understanding of HUD and/or loan assistance process is preferred.
• Knowledge of P&L Statements, GL’s, budgeting, etc. is required.
• Three to five years of ownership level responsibilities of resident rental lifecycle activities is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operations of multiple properties including resident satisfaction, lifecycle activities, and property P&L.
• Ensures high level of client/customer satisfaction.
• Manages recruitment, mentoring, and performance of associates.
• Creates strategic marketing plans with Avenue5 marketing team to attract residents.
• Maintains annual budgets, P&L statements, and reports for owners and leadership.
• Inspects properties regularly to ensure curb appeal and operations.
• Responds to escalated resident issues and liaises with residents and corporate office.
