Job summary

The role focuses on achieving owners’ objectives by maintaining properties, optimizing occupancy, and directing a large team to deliver results. Responsibilities include market condition assessments, budget development, expense control, and ensuring adherence to financial goals.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years industry experience in a management role.
• 3–5 years new construction and lease up experience in conventional and/or affordable housing.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-site properties to meet owners’ objectives.
• Develop and implement budgets aligned with financial goals.
• Assess market conditions and devise strategies for leasing and occupancy.
• Provide leadership to a large team, ensuring effective supervision and motivation.
• Monitor expenses, approve purchases, and review income/expense reports.
