Job summary

Capstone Real Estate Services, Inc. is seeking qualified candidates to manage multi-site properties, including Affordable, Conventional, and New Construction projects.

You will direct and motivate a large team to ensure properties are well maintained and leased up, while aligning with owners’ objectives and market conditions. The role requires 5–8 years in management and 3–5 years in new construction/lease-up, with a preference for Tax Credit/Affordable Housing experience.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years industry experience in a management role.
• 3–5 years new construction and lease-up background in conventional or affordable housing.
• Tax Credit/Affordable Housing preferred.
• Exceptional leadership and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Budget and expense management, PO approvals, and vendor oversight.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-site properties to meet owners’ objectives through effective maintenance and leasing.
• Assess market conditions and develop strategies aligned with owners’ goals and optimal performance.
• Develop and implement budgets consistent with financial targets.
• Lead and motivate a large team of employees across sites.
• Ensure properties are well maintained and leased up.
