As Regional Manager you will own takeover execution, drive budgets, forecasting, vendor relations, and leasing strategies to maximize NOI across assets. You will mentor Property Managers and lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional resident and owner service.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of third-party property management experience as a manager.
• 2+ years as a third-party multi-site manager or area manager.
• Long-term focus; thrives in a fast-paced, growing organization.
• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year accredited university.
• A laptop to use for work purposes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee takeover process and assume operational control of assets after close.
• Develop operating budgets, forecast rental income, expenses, and capex.
• Provide training on property management software and monitor performance.
• Maintain vendor relationships and cost-effective maintenance plans.
• Ensure occupancy growth and effective leasing strategies.
• Lead staff development through coaching and performance reviews.
• Monitor contracts and ensure compliance with company policies.
