Capstone Real Estate Services, Inc. is seeking a capable Community Property Manager to oversee budgeting, leasing, and maintenance for the property. The role includes setting rents, enforcing leases, supervising staff, and ensuring client-owner satisfaction.

The position also focuses on driving occupancy, managing vendor relations, and maintaining property standards while delivering strong customer service to residents and owners.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills preferred.
• Experience in property management or real estate is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop budgets for the property by analyzing financial statements and market information.
• Set rent rates and ensure rent collection and posting in a timely manner.
• Approve invoices from vendors and manage payments and保险 certificates as needed.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, notices, and renewals as applicable.
• Monitor expenditures to stay within the approved budget.
• Promote resident satisfaction and respond to complaints and service requests promptly.
• Supervise staff, hire, orient, train, and manage performance.
