Polinger Company is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring efficient operations, budget compliance, rent optimization, and positive tenant experiences. The role involves site inspections, capital expenditure oversight, and strong collaboration with marketing and finance teams.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years multisite property management experience, a bachelor’s degree, and certifications such as ARM®, APM®, or CAM®.

Qualifications

• Minimum supervisory experience required.
• 3–5 years multisite property management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree; ARM®, APM® or CAM® certification preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and Yardi; budget creation and forecasting experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio of residential properties and ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain budget compliance, rent optimization, and overall property performance.
• Conduct regular site inspections and oversee renovations/capital expenditures.
• Lead leasing strategies, marketing plans, and tenant screening processes.
• Prepare and review monthly financial reports and variances.
