Qualifications

• 7+ years regional property management experience across multi-site portfolios.
• Experience with Tax Credit Properties (LIHTC).
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
• Proven ability to manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee occupancy targets and budget vs. actual performance.
• Maintain physical appearance of communities and inspect units for occupancy and condition.
• Promote positive relations with residents, employees and vendors.
• Ensure fair housing standards and required training compliance.
• Supervise staff, set performance expectations and review salary actions.
• Review financial statements and develop action plans with direct reports.
• Respond to emergencies and document losses, damages, claims or safety issues.
• Control operating costs and approve site expenses within budget.
• Oversee long-term rehabilitation and capital improvement projects.
• Maintain confidentiality of business affairs as per policy.
• Communicate with residents, staff, vendors and owners.
