Job summary

Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the operations of several multifamily properties, ensuring efficient management, vendor oversight, lease administration, and monthly reporting. You will work with the leadership team to deliver a high-quality resident experience and drive performance across properties.

The role requires 5–10 years in property management, 3–5 years in direct management, and familiarity with Yardi or similar systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Five to ten years of property management experience.
• Three to five years of direct management experience required.
• Experience with Yardi or equivalent PM systems.
• Real estate license required by state/local law.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of multiple properties and lease administration.
• Ensure resident satisfaction and retention and financials like P&L.
• Lead recruiting, mentoring, and performance management of associates.
• Develop marketing plans with Avenue5 marketing team.
• Prepare annual budgets and general ledger reports.
