Job summary

Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the operations of several multifamily properties across select markets. You will manage resident satisfaction, lease administration, collections, and property-level financial reporting while guiding property leadership and ensuring alignment with contract standards and Avenue5 goals.

The role requires 5–10 years of property management experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with Yardi and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in property management operations.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication with residents, associates, and owners.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, P&L, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of several properties including resident satisfaction and retention, lease administration, rental collection and delinquency management, property P&L, and marketing.
• Ensure high levels of client and resident satisfaction.
• Recruit, mentor, and evaluate associates across property leadership teams.
• Develop strategic marketing plans with Avenue5 marketing team.
• Manage annual budgets, general ledger, and property owner reporting.
• Ensure compliance with management agreements and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular property inspections to maintain curb appeal and operations.
