Job summary

Mason Equity Group is seeking a motivated Property Manager to oversee daily operations across Dover and surrounding Ohio markets. This onsite, full-time role requires leadership of onsite teams, leasing oversight, resident relations, and performance strategies to maximize occupancy and asset value.

You will coordinate with regional leadership on budgeting, capital improvements, and operational planning, while maintaining high standards of service and accountability across multiple communities.

Qualifications

• Experience in property or multi-site management.
• Strong leadership and organization.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to travel between communities.
• Proficient with MS Office and property software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple residential communities.
• Lead maintenance teams, vendors and contractors.
• Manage turnover timelines and rent-ready units.
• Monitor occupancy, delinquency, and performance.
• Lead onboarding of new teams and budgeting collaboration.
• Ensure lease compliance and resident relations.
• Coordinate scheduling and project timelines.
• Collaborate with regional leadership on capital improvements.
