Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Regional Manager experience across multi-site portfolios.
• Demonstrated success in financial performance, occupancy, and resident experience.
• Strong acquisition, integration, and stabilization experience after closings.
• Financial acumen including budgets, variance analysis, forecasting, NOI, controllable expenses.
• Proven coach who builds leaders with clear expectations and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Lead eight communities with responsibility for operational excellence and portfolio performance.
• Oversee hiring, performance management, succession planning, and staffing strategies.
• Manage occupancy, collections, service levels, and resident experience.
• Guide stabilization through structure, priorities, ownership, and disciplined follow-through.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources and ensure regulatory compliance.
