First Realty Management Corp seeks a full-time Property Manager for a Boston (Fenway) apartment community. You will budget, monitor performance, supervise staff, and ensure the property meets physical and regulatory standards while delivering high-quality service.

The role requires strong leadership, customer service, and knowledge of housing regulations, with bilingual English/Spanish communication valued. We offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of residential property management experience
• Supervisory experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish
• Strong knowledge of housing regulations and programs
• Ability to read financial/budget reports and manage budgets

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual site budget and monitor finances
• Ensure property operates within budget and prepare variance reports
• Oversee rent collection and distribution schedules
• Hire, supervise and develop site staff
• Maintain property condition and safety; ensure inspections meet guidelines
• Coordinate contractual services and cost-effective outsourcing
• Foster resident relations to minimize vacancies
• Utilize property systems such as Entrata to manage operations
