New Earth Residential is seeking a Regional Manager/District Manager to oversee multiple properties, drive resident satisfaction, lease administration, and financial performance.

You will lead on-site teams, recruit and mentor staff, develop marketing plans, manage budgets, and ensure operations meet company standards. The role requires strong communication, budgeting, and problem-solving skills. This position entails on-site responsibilities across communities and may involve weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Ability to evaluate and fulfill community common area and amenity needs.
• Ability to independently establish priorities, manages time effectively, and fulfills assigned objectives and projects.
• Ability to respond to and resolve unexpected problems in a fast-moving, fluid environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and internet.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of several properties including resident satisfaction, lease administration and delinquency management.
• Ensure a high level of client customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage performance of on-site teams.
• Recruiting and maintaining fully staffed on-site teams.
• Create strategic marketing plans with the UVR marketing team.
• Manage the properties annual budget, P&L, general ledger and reports for owners and leadership.
• Inspect property regularly for curb appeal and operations.
• Respond to escalated resident complaints and liaise with residents and corporate office.
• Oversee safety records and risk management initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
