NEW EARTH RESIDENTIAL LLC is seeking a Regional Vice President/Regional Property Manager to oversee multiple multifamily communities. The role focuses on operations, lease administration, marketing, and budget stewardship, ensuring exceptional resident experiences.

The position requires on-site leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage teams across properties. Applicants should have 4+ years in on-site management and prefer a bachelor’s degree, with a competitive compensation

Qualifications

• Must be able to evaluate and fulfill community needs with attention to detail and dedication.
• Ability to independently establish priorities, manage time effectively, and fulfill objectives.
• Respond to and resolve unexpected problems in a fast-moving environment.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and internet is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operations of several properties including resident satisfaction, lease administration, rental collection, and marketing.
• Ensures high levels of client and resident satisfaction.
• Leads recruiting, mentoring, and performance management for on-site teams.
• Creates strategic marketing plans to attract and retain residents in collaboration with marketing.
• Manages property budgets, P&L statements, general ledger, and reporting to owners and leadership.
• Inspects properties regularly to maintain curb appeal and operations.
• Handles escalated resident issues and enforces lease rules and regulations.
