NEW EARTH RESIDENTIAL LLC is seeking a Community Manager to oversee operations at a multi-family property. You will welcome residents, manage leases, analyze market trends, and supervise on-site staff to ensure profitability and upkeep.

The role requires strong leasing and marketing abilities, excellent customer service, and budgeting proficiency. On-site responsibilities include coordinating staff, maintaining visibility, and ensuring resident satisfaction while staying adaptable to market

Qualifications

• Two years of on-site Community Manager experience in multi-family properties.
• Strong leasing and marketing background with excellent customer service.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and internet-based tools.
• Experience with community budgeting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospects and residents with exceptional service and a friendly greeting.
• Lead daily check-ins to energize the on-site team and align priorities.
• Hold daily service supervisor meetings to stay on track.
• Post and ensure all community income is accurately recorded.
• Maintain active social media presence with regular posts.
• Keep ILS listings updated to maximize visibility.
• Update Resman with notices, move-ins, leases, and availability.
• Inspect make-ready units and coordinate with vendors and staff.
