Job summary

Bedrock Property Management seeks a Regional Manager to drive site operations and resident satisfaction across multiple properties. You will oversee Community Directors, manage vendor relations, and ensure financial performance aligns with leasing and occupancy goals.

You will lead teams, interpret complex budgets, and report results to owners, while representing Bedrock with the community and vendors. Strong leadership and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–10 years multifamily, multi-location property management experience.
• CPM preferred or equivalent advanced leadership experience in real estate.
• Strong knowledge of local and federal housing laws including Fair Housing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Community Directors and vendor relations to ensure portfolio performance.
• Monitor leasing and financial goals, and provide regular reporting to owners.
• Lead the region's staff, drive occupancy targets and resident retention.
• Represent Bedrock with owners, vendors and the community at large.
• Ensure adherence to policies and drive continuous improvements across properties.
