Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee multi-site portfolios, develop and manage budgets, and drive occupancy and revenue growth. You will lead community managers, coordinate vendors, and ensure financial targets are met while maintaining high standards of property operations.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and communication skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and performance across assigned properties.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: high school diploma; college degree preferred.
• Industry certifications (CPM, CAPS, CAM) preferred.
• Multi-site property management experience required.
• Sales, marketing, and customer service background helpful.
• Valid driver's license; strong reading, writing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops annual budgets for properties in the portfolio and tracks performance.
• Oversees attainment of budget goals by analyzing financial statements.
• Leads community managers, hiring, training, and performance management.
• Monitors staffing, coordinates vendors and contractors as needed.
• Drives occupancy and revenue growth through market plans and reporting.
• Ensures property appearance and safety standards are met.
• Communicates with clients/owners and addresses concerns promptly.
